These varieties are intended for the production of white wines, ranging from dry to aromatic and dessert types. They are recognizable for their pronounced aromas and complex flavors. Muscat Ottonel delivers intense floral-fruity notes, while Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling offer freshness and pronounced acidity. Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc are highly valued for the production of premium wines. Rkaciteli, originating from Georgia, is increasingly found in our vineyards. It is known for its good resistance, consistent yield, and high acidity, making it suitable for wines with aging potential. Smederevka and Tamjanika are indigenous varieties known for their characteristic aroma and resistance. Žilavka dominates in warmer regions and has great potential for mineral white wines. They thrive on sunny, well-drained soils and are especially appreciated for high-quality wines with distinct varietal character.
